If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. 5-9 day Reservations: No fees will be charged if a room is cancelled 14 days (by 4pm) before date of arrival. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 15% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 10 day or more Reservations: 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged for any cancellations.
